 Video Production Services for the Ontario Ministry of the Environment: The Ministry oversees the provincial Drive Clean program aimed at reducing environmental pollutants by testing and repairing extreme polluting vehicles. Parsons, the trainer for the independent testing facilites, hired us to film, co-script, and to produce video versions of the best practices and key points from the Standard Operating Procedures manuals. While the testing procedures are not overly complex, the need to be performed in specific sequence to obtain valid test results. We created two 2-hour videos for Re-certification of Drive Clean Inspectors and Program Orientation.

Once have an idea what your COMMUNICATION OBJECTIVE is, we use your current literature, existing materials to give us background information for scripting.
We create a SCRIPT of the exact wording, indicate the visuals that match the words, indicate the shots, animation, etc. At this stage we will also select the type of music that will enhance the message -- upbeat, mysterious, international, moody, etc.
Once the script with visuals is finalized, we shoot at various locations to create an interesting story line and a variety of scenes. We often shoot hours worth of raw footage for a 5 minute piece.
If needed, we give you a DVD or VHS copy of all the raw material for you to look at, we select the shots, and begin editing the first draft.
A draft version fo the video production is posted on the internet in a password protected location and we can go through it noting changes, re-edits, etc.
Once the video production is finalized, we compress it and mount to your server or ours with a link from yours. Also if needed, we create versions for NTSC and PAL video for international markets.
